  • Please note that the names of the coaches entered on the online registration form will be the two coaches admitted free per registered team at the event.


Fill out below forms and submit payment if paying by money order/certified personal, business or school check. All payments must be received prior to the registered event.

Copy Waiver of Liability/Medical/Publicity Release form Download Form and Good Sportsmanship Agreement Download Form (required) for every team member.

  • Parents must sign both and competitors must sign sportsmanship form.
  • Collect the signed forms from all participants—coaches sign the back of each and turn the forms with original signatures into the coach’s registration table at the event.
  • Team members who do not turn in fully completed forms will not be allowed to compete (no refunds).



All programs with teams in the All-Star Divisions, with the exception of Special Needs, must be current members of the USASF and all athletes must have current ‘Athlete Membership’ through the USASF in order to compete at sanctioned events.


If you have not uploaded your official USASF Roster here are some steps:


1. If you have not renewed your membership, you will need to login to your USASF

Profile and renew.


2. If you have not had your athletes register, you will need to insure that they are registered. Here are a couple links that will help with that process.

3. If you have renewed your membership and your athletes are registered, you will need to login to your USASF Gym Profile. Select Events and chose the Spirit Solutions EVENT you are registered for to create the roster.

  •  You will need to provide a printed copy of the USASF Roster(s) upon check in, in order to be eligible to compete.


If you would like, email your music to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  at least 4 days before the registered event.  The mp3, wmv or m4p file name should be your Team Name and Division.  Your music will be waiting for you at the sound table.  A confirmation email will be sent that your music was received.  You may also bring a CD, USB drive or electronic media player to the sound table.  You music will only be used for the designated team at the competition and will be protected from being shared with anyone.
